There already is! Iron Man, War Machine and Rescue
To be honest, I always thought that was a good way to take it
The Iron Man suit isn't limited to Tony, after all. Well, I mean, his suit is because he's a crazy posthuman now, but other Iron Suits aren't. of course the cost to make and maintain each one is staggering, so you could only have a few, and Tony would only let those he really trusted use one, but I think making an Iron Man Corps would be cool. Sort of like Batman Inc, I guess.

Tony doesn't need a Corps to have an Iron Army. He can put in A.I.'s or activate them when need be without pilots for temporary missions.
What has IIM even been doing? Is the story back on track?
I stopped reading it right after issue 500, but as far as I know the main story has been kind of held back in favor of Fear Itself and a few shorter arcs of padding.

There was something about villains teaming up to fight Tony, but other than that the only other thing the book has been mentioned for is having the same creative team for five years.
The new costume, eh, can't get any interest in it, and I kind of forgot all about Rescue still being around. The Tron thing does feel worn out now, as it makes me think of Fear Itself and that's not a good thing.
I am excited to see how New Nova acts in a not-Loeb written story.
Yeah me too
Hurrah for new Nova. From what I've seen of his bio in that new Ultimate Spiderman cartoon, he doesn't know the full extent of his powers. Maybe he doesn't even know about the Nova Corps. Was there a time when Richard Rider didn't know about the Nova Corps?

I think so. As I recall, he got zapped by a beam from the dying Nova's ship, x-ferring the powers (hey, it was a GL derivative after all). I think the had the powers for a number of issues before he learned the real origin of them.
I've always been a Nova fan. Looking forward to this.

Well it depends. Originally in the 70's issues, yeah he had the powers for a number of issues until he learnt about them
When DnA were writing the title though, they re-wrote the first issue so that Rhoman Dey actually arrived on Earth, I believe, and deputised Rich, so he always knew.
just read an amazon review for captain america volume 1.
yeah, not doing that again.
Apparently the story is good, if you can get over brubaker being a white supremecist and sharon carter using her blue eyes and blonde hair to resurrect a perfect aryan man to live in a utopia while the black man (falcon) can't even take out one inept hydra guard without the white man's help.

Hahahaha. Without looking, I am almost positive that was written by the same person who did an equally unhinged review of one of the Secret Avengers trades that I read a while ago.
I am almost inclined to think Amazon's "report abuse" thing should be used on reviews like that, but I rather doubt it would make any difference anyway.

Amazon reviews are crazy. Atlas Shrugged (the book) reviews are pages and pages of libertarian's endlessly complimenting it.
Yep, found that one too. yeah same reviewer. solid stuff. this time war machine subs in for the falcon as the black man who gets to do nothing more than carry steve rogers around when he needs to fly somewhere.
I feel the need to say that not all Amazon reviews are crazy, because I have written some. (Make of that what you will.) Certainly some (many) are worthless, but I try to read them the same way I read reviews of anything anywhere: looking for reviewers who seem to be coming at the subject from a similar perspective to my own, with the same type of tastes, needs, and priorities, but taking everything with a grain of salt and certainly not letting the average rating of something on Amazon be the criterion I use to make my final call.

That's true, I should have been more specific. Not all Amazon reviews are crazy. That's definitely a good method in finding good reviews on Amazon.

It teases Iron Man's status post AvX.
That makes no sense whatsoever.

That's cool, Tony has always been one of my favourite male characters
Or does it?
Dayman, Fight of the Nightman?

I think all of those old suits have been trashed, though, and even if they haven't they're obsolete.

Who cares. It's Ghost. After Thunderbolts I'll read him in anything.

That's a nice bit of design
DC new logo creators, take note, you have been casually beaten again by Marvel

"Ride or Die" confirmed Dominic Toretto, as they took off to find the Dragon Balls in hopes of reviving their friend Sonic
That is pretty cool
it's ugly
but it also looks like it isn't Tony's suit
Again, at best it looks like what an avatar of Iron Man in some lame Tron-ripoff "INSIDE THE NETWEBZ" plotline would look like.
yeah, not doing that again.
