My problems with the Colons are that they gave Primo a title before they gave Wade Barrett one
Assuming you mean Primo as the Tag champion now, you forget that Wade held the IC last year. Primo held the Tag belts before Wade showed up, in 2008, with Carlito (Wade was in WWE in 2010).
Oh yeah.
I keep forgetting Carlito was actually kinda successful in the WWE before he pissed it away.
I'm actually sad Santino didn't win. I don't understand why.
Raw EC had a decent swerve with the Jericho KO, Ziggler continuing to be excellent heel is always good as well.
As stated before, the Divas match was actually watchable, especially since I've just been skipping over them the last few weeks. Looking forward to Kharma returning and raining fire down on that division.
Skipped Swagger cause I ran out of fucks to give for him a long time ago.
Cena and Kane was a huge disappointment in the end after a few good spots (Choke Slam through the table and I do admit I dug the AA off the Ambulence) but otherwise, no Rock Interference, no embracing of hate, no nothing of what would make this angle work. As said before, I didn't feel anything when actual match happened. It bites because this angle is goofy and dumb and part of why I love wrestling. (It's got an old school vibe to me, and just felt like it could be a better setup than what I've been seeing lately) This just felt so anticlimactic after all the build up.
...and that's why I should be in MITB at Mania.
"Go down, kick ass, and set yourselves up as gods, that's our Prime Directive!"
I would say that if not for the Kane/Cena match ending the night, it was a pretty solid PPV. The elimination chamber matches tend to be pretty good at delivering a good match, the Diva's match was quite watchable, Swagger/Gabriel was an okay random filler match (were they just running that short?), and Kane/Cena had some nice spots in it even though it was overall a meh match.
So, after last week's Raw and the PPV, how exactly did Cena embrace the hate? Or did the writer's just stop giving a shit on this angle and start having Kane say whatever? And really, an AA off the top of the ambulance is rising above hate? I guess he just tried to destroy Kane with the best of intentions.
The only way that this whole kane/cena feud will at all pay off is if Ryder somehow becomes Rock's new best friend and sides with him for that feud.
Can you smell what the Rock is cookin'? Woo woo woo, you know it.

So, if they decide to do the rumoured ex-World champion MITB at WM, who'd be in there? Dolph Ziggler, Alberto Del Rio, Christian, Mark Henry, Jack Swagger, the Miz, Randy Orton, the Big Show, Kane could all be in there... that's a lot of heels. I guess Rey Mysterio was said to be out for six months after getting surgery late April, so he might be in contention, but that's a rough first match back.

Figured I would get this out of the way...
You see, it's been quite a year for me, it has had its share of ups and downs. I have been the longest reigning pick'em champion in PA history. I've represented the D&D brand, and even overcome overwhelming odds with a group of guys who knew their stuff. But all of that has just been in preparation. All that has transpired has been to get ready for this very moment. We're on the Road to Wrestlemania baby! And it comes down to this one ppv. This one night where we separate the boys from the men. This one night where winner takes all Radius.
That's right.
Wrestlemania we won't find out which one of us is the SE++ or D&D champ, no. We find out who is the undisputed pick'em champ of them all! You think you've got the advantage with your one more ppv then me but think of the fact that even at the disadvantage, after all the adversity and toil I have come allllll the way from the bottom rungs to get to where I am. Came all the way from the mid twenties to challenge you for the number one spot in all of pick'em'dom. I won't be denied, I cannot be denied and come Wrestlemania my hand shall be raised and I shall take that #1 spot at the TOP OF THE SPREADSHEET!
You know, I've been trying to find the clip where Lord Alfred reads copy to plug Mega Man X2 during old WWF programming from around '95/'96, but have had absolutely no luck. Does anyone know if it exists anywhere on YouTube? I'd really appreciate help finding it...
Oh yeah and there was no way in hell they'd put Rock on a show without advertising him beforehand.
I thought the entire point of something like that was to convince viewers that they need to watch everything, lest they risk missing out on something.
Or at least it used to be; seems I can recall some instances in recent memory where they hyped someone appearing, and then when they come out, it's almost like it was supposed to be a surprise. Like when Austin appeared to make himself the guest ref for the Cole-Lawler match. He did nothing else on the entire show, which meant that was all he was there for, which... doesn't really make sense.

My problems with the Colons are that they gave Primo a title before they gave Wade Barrett one
Which is stupid
Plus, you're telling me they couldn't give the belts to somebody else, when it became obvious Bourne was a colossal fuckup
That their first idea was to give the belts to the Colons of all teams
I understand the amount of legit credible teams is small, but still. The Usos did more last year to earn a title shot than the Colons, yet the Colons win the belts their very first shot, and at a house show no less. It was just a complete middle finger to the Usos, who had worked their butts off for a year, and they gave the belts to the Colons, when Primo had been a jobber to everybody on Superstars ever since Carlito left, and the other they had just recently signed to compensate for the fuck up that was Sin Cara.
Granted, since then they've proved they're great wrestlers, but still, it upsets me that when they had to get the belts off Bourne and Kofi, they gave it to a team that hadn't really earned it at least on TV, and not a team that had.
Eh, it's a choice between the Usos laughably bad Siva Tau or Rosa's laughably bad Spanish. Ultimately I think Rosa's T&A is what made up their minds.
Anyway here are my thoughts:
R-Truth eliminated first and Miz last? What? Why would you reward a continual screw up like Miz by making him look good? They couldn't let Ziggler take that spot?
Jericho getting "injured" was completely pointless and has completely changed my mind on his return. By now I expected him to do something but no, he'll whine to get a WM title shot, lose and then go tour with Fozzie. How very plain and boring.
Tamina surprised me as she used to be pretty bad and her 1 minute appearances weren't enough to make a real impression. She's no Beth, Kharma or Nattie but she's not bad. Easily best of the rest and they had a pretty good match.
The Johnny Ace segment was great but I don't really understand the reasoning behind just giving Del Rio and Christian's returns away like that. I realise that most of the feuds going into WM have already been decided but surely they could've done something more exciting. I mean, why the hell did they hold off Christian's return in the Rumble if that's all they were going to do?
And while I'm at it, I don't understand why Christian's still a heel. He gets cheered all the time and the WWE have way more heels than faces.
The Smackdown EC was pretty great. Khali thankfully was out almost as soon as he entered the match. Barrett and Rhodes were awesome. Big Show was a bit messy. Santino was entertaining. And the World's Best Wrestler won. All was right with the world and the Show vs Bryan fued should finally be over now.
Sheamus walks out, beats up a guy that has just survived and won "the most gruelling match ever" (or whatever) and yet he's still somehow a face. Who books this crap?
Ugh, really WWE? You're shoving your shitty fucking toilet humour and talented wrestler burying down the throats of people that paid money to watch this shit? Fuck you.
Yeah, let's make a Swagger vs Gabriel match when neither have appeared on the two main shows for weeks. What the fuck? I like both guys but who the hell expected the crowd to get into it when they're treated like crap? Worst thing is they'll probably be blamed for the crap crowd instead of the idiots that book them. On the bright side though, Vickie's US title kiss was funny.
Cena vs Kane sure was a Cena match. No story told, no real feeling of finality, it was just a stock Cena match preceded by a montage of things we were meant to care about. Just awful. If this feud was an idea to help get Cena over with everyone, they failed on every level.
Going into this weekend's Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, there was no set finish for the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber match according to F4Wonline.com.
WWE officials weren't sure if they would have CM Punk retain the WWE Title or not. It wasn't until later in the weekeend according to the report that the decision was made to have Punk win the match and retain the title.
Singer Chris Brown and WWE Champion CM Punk have exchanged words on Twitter beginning on Sunday.
CM Punk tweeted:
"I would like @chrisbrown fight somebody that can defend themselves. Me curb stomping that turd would be a #wrestlemania moment."
Chris Brown responded with:
"@CMpunk needs more followers. He's such a leader! Not to mention the roids hes on has made it utterly impossible for him pleasure a women."
"Positivity regardless of how u feel! @CMpunk contact my assistant and I'll have em send u an autographed pic for my biggest FAN!!!"
I'd rather Chris Brown get beat to near death than him, though.
If for some reason Chris Brown was ever involved in a feud I think it would have to be with Randy Orton. Just think of it. Randy gets pissed and leaves a nice calling card for Chris in his dressing room. It would be like the scene from Daddy Daycare where Eddie Murphy looks about in the bathroom after the messy kid gets done with it. You would just zoom in on Chris' expression the entire time he's looking through the door.
That's not the best part. As he's looking, you hear someone clear their throat. Chris turns around, wide eyed and the next thing you know Randy kicks him into the room and slams the door shut and breaks the knob.

Judging by how quick Khali was eliminated from the EC he's probably (hopefully) gone after the PPV. Besides the only reason they brought him back was to replace Henry, and his body can't take a regular WWE schedule anyway.
Jericho getting "injured" was completely pointless and has completely changed my mind on his return. By now I expected him to do something but no, he'll whine to get a WM title shot, lose and then go tour with Fozzie. How very plain and boring.

Seriously, people.

We've already covered that Unco is a terrible person with awful opinions, don't talk to us about him.

To play Devil's Advocate here, what part of this buildup has led you to believe that it will be a good match, other than Jericho's legacy?

That was different. Sort of. Now with Rock actually involved in a huge match they are gonna let everyone know when he's gonna show up.

You know two people who I would love to see kick Chris Brown's ass?
She already kicked the shit out of Bubba the Love Sponge. Might as well add a second shitbag to her list.
I know a bunch of shitbags who would never want to be associated with someone like Chris Brown.

Seriously though, Chris Brown is the kind of guy Pat Patterson wouldn't even want to touch.
