It was really hard and made me feel like an ass, but it's honestly such a relief. We weren't a bad match, it's just a shitty time for me to be getting into something and I knew we weren't on the same page and that made me feel terrible.
Also I'm still really really hoping I can pull it together to move to Vancouver in time for PAX in August, but spanners keep getting thrown in the works.

Have you been having a hard time finding a job as a librarian? I'm graduating with my MLS in May and I was wondering what the prospects are like where you are.
Hey, that's when I'm graduating too! Honestly duder I have not been looking very hard, but I know I should be.
One of my friends got an interview for a school gig back in her hometown already, so I guess it depends on who you know and where you're looking.
When I get some time I can throw together a list of resources for you that my friends in the program have been using. If I don't get it to you by the weekend just pm me to remind me!
April is PAX East which I am so excited about you guys have no idea. But it's not the most exciting thing about spring
as in May the purchase of my first house closes holy fuuuuuuuck
so this is going to be a Good Spring. The rest of the year is going to have to step up to match it.

That would be great thanks. I know I"m probably worrying about nothing but graduation is bearing down on me and I am crazy busy this semester with three classes, comps, a practicum, and a job.
It super duper depends on what you want to do.
If you want to be a public librarian and can move, you can find a job.
If you want to be an academic librarian get a second masters and start suckin' dicks.
If you want to be a school librarian good for you and good luck. There are jobs but they're shitty and tenuous.
