In Mitt's standard stump speech, he complains that Obama wants fundamental change, whereas Romney simply wants to restore America to its former greatness. But he just called for fundamental change.

This deal just keeps getting better and better.

Pac Man's character is difficult to explain even to the Japanese -- he is an innocent character. He hasn't been educated to discern between good and evil. He acts more like a small child than a grown-up person. Think of him as a child learning in the course of his daily activities. If someone tells him guns are evil, he would be the type to rush out and eat guns. But he would most probably eat any gun, even the pistols of policemen who need them.

So, based on live blogs and this thread, Barack Obama moved to a perfect 23-0 in Republican debates?

And John King is 0-2 with a GAA (gaffes against average) of 0.01?

    Some fact checks from NYT:
    http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/02/22/romney-on-birth-control-and-george-stephanopoulos/
At the Arizona debate, Mitt Romney just zeroed in on Newt Gingrich’s favorite target: the news media.

In the exchange, Mr. Romney seemed to revive a long-whispered claim that George Stephanopoulos, the ABC anchor, had discussed the issue of birth control with the White House before posing a question about it during a Republican presidential debate. (Mr. Stephanopoulos has vigorously denied this.)

“You recall back in the debate we had,” Mr. Romney said to the moderator, John King, “George Stephanopoulos talking a lot about birth control. We wondered why in the world contraception – why is he going there? Well, we found out when Barack Obama continued his attack on religious conscience.”

Mr. Romney was referring to Mr. Obama’s recent announcement of a plan requiring that insurance companies, including those affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church, cover birth control, which set off a firestorm of criticism from social conservatives. The president has since revised the plan to address concerns from religious groups.
    Conspiracy mongering.

    http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/02/22/debate-fact-check-romney-and-the-auto-bailout/
Mitt Romney provided a more nuanced explanation of his opposition to the federal loan package that helped rescue the auto industry in 2008 and 2009, saying there was “no way” he would have let American car companies implode. But a bipartisan group of auto industry executives, government officials and financial experts have said that if General Motors and Chrysler had followed his advice at the time and gone into bankruptcy, implosion is exactly what would have happened.

The context is Mr. Romney’s 2008 New York Times opinion article in which he argued that Chrysler and General Motors should not receive federal aid. “Detroit needs a turnaround, not a check,” he wrote.

But auto industry executives and people who were involved in the government-mandated reorganization of the auto companies have said that the managed bankruptcy was not an option at the time Mr. Romney wrote his article. Furthermore, they have said, following a path into bankruptcy then would have caused far more severe job losses and even liquidation.
