Help me find an Internet short film from before the Youtube era

I used to have a downloaded copy, but I lost that in a burglary a few years ago, and I can't find it in the myriad burned CDRs and DVDRs I've used for archiving over the years. I'm fairly sure the video in question is from 2006 or before, but I can't find anything more. I've tried Google Video Search, but it looks like the video might not be online anymore.
Here's the one image I saved at the time. It's a screencap from the video, and I think it came from the original page where the video was originally available for viewing/download.
I've tried Google Image Search on this pic, to no avail.
All the characters wear masks like the ones in the pic.
Here's a synopsis, which I'm writing from memory:
Two guys arrive at a house in their van, and we quickly realize that they're there to install a security/alarm system of some sort.
A young woman welcomes them, and takes them to the main room where the installation is to occur. She then leaves to let them work.
The guy with the brown hair mostly just goofs off, while the blond guy does most of the work.
The woman comes back and offers them something to drink.
They then complete the work, and while they do so, the guy with the brown hair figures out what the woman does: she's one of those webcam girls who does erotic stuff that is streamed to whoever pays to view the stream.
Their work done, the guys leave. Then, the goof-off returns to the house soon after, and tries to get a "free" glance at the woman while she's "working", climbing up the side of the house to get up to a window for a better view. He falls, and gets into some trouble with the dog. I also think I remember the alarm he just helped install getting triggered.
By the time the woman comes to the window to find out what's going on, the guy is gone.
We then see the guy at home, finding the webcam girl's site (there's an initial screen where he has a selection of 4 different girls) and he clicks on her and starts viewing her performance.
That's where it ends.
Apart from the subject matter itself, there's nothing that goes past PG-13, in the sense that there's suggestive imagery, but no actual nudity. It's actually kind of funny, and kind of creepy, with all the characters wearing these totally expressionless masks. Also, it was mostly music and sound effects. I think there were no actual voices, not even gibberish (like in The Sims.) It was mostly just miming.
I'm just hoping someone here might remember this video enough to provide a title I can search for, or something like that. Even better if you also have that video archived somewhere and you can get it to me. But just, any suggestion that might lead to my finding this again would be great.
