seriously, the only difference between that design and if someone asked me to design a gritty reboot of pippy longstocking, is mine would have included the phrases "Cyber blade in arm" and "hunts vampires"
also the person who made that can draw.
those are the only difference.

mechromancer sounds like something @Antimatter should be made aware of
I get Moxxi for the bank and the ability to use Willow tree to just mark the missions complete and ready to turn in.
Claptraps end reward is a really nice loot chamber and is a nice mutli area once your group is out of missions easy to find bosses and what not. More importantly it ups the level cap.
Admittedly I got the game of the year edition so I didn't pay for them but I probably would have.
I have a podcast now. It's about video games and anime!Find it here.

It kinda sucks that I got into this too late to play with anyone.

Eh
It was always more fun for me single player. Might have just been playing it with the wrong people but doing quests and getting guns was loads of fun by itself. Gamespy didn't help matters.

I've never done multi but it sounds like there were loads of issues with Quests and whatnot that made it a pain.

i'd actually say the claptrap one is pretty skippable, too. didn't feel fun to me.
It was was definitely the most grindy (besides Mad Moxxi, except at least you get experience and items)
but the humor was pretty good, I though
I could see Claptrap being grindy, but it was also the DLC I rushed through fastest, skipping a bunch of side quests. It was still a good chunk of story line (the only annoying part was the reuse of old DLC bosses ... they could've easily used things like Skagzilla or hell, ClapMothrakk ... but, like, swinging around a giant arena on a chain because claptraps can't fly)
Also, the moment you discover you can kill the 'audience' claptraps? A very, very good thing.

There are some incredibly compelling bits, but when you run into the limitations of the game's design things come screeching to a halt.
It sounds like everything they have planned for the sequel is going to be pretty awesome.
Is there going to be a Diablo 2 style persistent character server this time around?
Hahaha yesssss
grabbed this from giant bomb, but other places seem to have it up as well.
am i the only one noticing there is a lot of red headed women in them there videjo games these days?
Well, hello there.

seconded, motion passed
Though, most the ones i have dealt with tend to be unattractive, so that's probably not helping their case.
I will never get mass appeal attraction. except breasts. those are rad.
makes sense, since she'll presumably be controlling things without souls.

I agree.
I just get annoyed at "all (group) are hot" statements. no not all of them are, i can prove it with math.

Yeah, it's definitely a flawed gem. If they can learn from their mistakes it'll be great.
The first announcement was basically a list of all the issues people had from the first game and how they would fix them.
Then they released this for PC players :

So I think they're working on it quite hard.
