Man I really wanted to continue the ME LP this week

But sadly I had too much shit to do and it wasn't able to happen

And next week ME3 comes out so we won't be able to meet up then

Cause I mean we'll be playing freaking ME3

Yeah I really like their relationship. I can't not set them up together.
    I didn't.

And it was only partially because I like being mean to Miranda and the core game doesn't offer that many other good opportunities.

Mainly, it was about leverage. If her sister is off somewhere, safe and left alone, she's not a good pressure point. Miranda has enough independent security to discourage casual kidnapping, and won't know enough to tap for future action. Means there's less that can be used against the crew when things get complicated.

Oh, sure. It's cruel. But Renegade points don't earn themselves.

Man, I don't even like sentinel in single player. It's so boring.
Why is it so ridiculously fun in MP?

(although human sentinel is still pretty meeeh)

... Probably because I keep feeling the need to yell, "GET BEHIND ME, DOCTOR!"

    where is Samara

Samara is old enough and experienced enough to understand how showing a little chest can serve to distract, or also to show confidence.

Benezia knew this as well.. I'm still curious wtf is going on. Do asari get bigger breasts as they get older (this can't be true, because we've seen older asari who aren't that buxom)... Is it a mix of age and biotic power?

Or do the artists just like giving powerful women-creatures big boobs?

Yeah, that's going to be interesting. Not a lot of offensive abilities it looks like, but almost certainly the most effective HP of any of the classes. Just waddle along, soaking up hits and mumbling about Tuchanka.

I'll probably turn my krogan soldier into a carnage dispenser, while the sentinel will be the tanky type guy.

Yeah Jack's okay. I feel like I can't express how I feel about her in so little words. She's a very deep character covered with a layer of shallow anger, and it's great to peel back that initial barrier. So she's not at the top of my favourites, nor my least liked team member.

If you really want to explain it it's basically that the Asari utilize their entire "slutty sex crazed alien" image to their advantage in every facet of their society to gain every possible advantage they can. They're a race of Mirandas.

I always liked the theory that Asari breast size indicated biotic power. And that the higher tiers of Asari power levels requires greater amounts of exposed chest area, for cooling purposes.

    Ooooh man
Just had an epic pubbie match on silver
We had a wave 10 "upload the intel" mission on the landing zone area. On firebase not white. Whatever it's called I always forget.
Two teammates died quickly from phantom stabs. Me and one other guy hunkered down behind the few flimsy crates they call cover in that area.
There's Engies pouring in like the Burly Brawl scene in the Matrix, An Atlas is about to step on us, and phantoms running around the periphery taking potshots. And we've got 2:30 with only 50% uploaded. I know we have to get out of there for a minute, and I run for cover. Despite my saying so on mic pubbie stays put and dies about 8 seconds later via Atlas squeeze.

So now I've got about 2:00 left, 50% uploaded, 2 turrets and an atlas camping on top of the intel point. Also I've got exactly one bar of health, no missiles left since I used 'em on the phantoms, no medkits and no more survival packs. Somehow I manage to get back on the point and then hunkered down as it uploaded. I think the Atlas wouldn't move closer because it couldn't move through the field of turrets, and nobody else could fit past the Atlas, so even though popping out of cover meant instant 50% shield damage, nobody was moving in on me this time. Finished the upload with 8 seconds left, and then ducked and ran as fast as I could before the turrets could lock on and add a moon roof to my head. After that it was about 10 minutes of skulking around, assassinating engineers and Nemesis's one by one, avoiding turrets, rationing out my last remaining ammo pack and generally wishing sentinel came with a cloak feature, all while I know there's 3 people watching over my shoulder. Uuurgh. And killing an Atlas is freaking hard when you've just got the basic assault rifle with no ammo bonuses and no health. But finally... Wave Completed. Hoorah for me.

So of course two of our guys wandered off again and we only got a partial extraction, but still. Moral victory, and I am now emotionally drained. That shit be intense.

That's a pretty good summation. I didn't really like Samara at first, but I must admit, she grew on me quite a bit. I like that she at peace with herself, and I like that she actually turns Shepard down gently rather then jump into bed with her and play Blue's Clues.
