Man, either I've just been crowned God Sentinel King of all Turians and didn't get the memo, or there's some bugginess in how the power amp applies bonuses to AoE overload.
Cuz I was just playing some silver rounds with pubbies and suddenly I'm able to kill turrets with one overload. From full health. And nemesis. AND phantoms. I've even seen nemesis' die from the secondary shocks, the ones that're supposedly only 60% of your base damage. That seems most definitely off. My tank sentinel should really not be getting 50+ tech kills on silver. Or even on bronze!
Normally overload with stun you kinda see a first flash that does the damage, and then a second shock which's the stun. I'm sort of wondering if the power bonus isn't accidentally giving both shocks full damage or something. Because right now I feel like I'm cheating...
A trap is for fish: when you've got the fish, you can forget the trap. A snare is for rabbits: when you've got the rabbit, you can forget the snare. Words are for meaning: when you've got the meaning, you can forget the words.
So what you're saying is I haven't been crowned God Sentinel King?
o_O
Kana on

I always took it as a moment when a council Spectre had a legitimate moment of uncertainty and fear.
Same here.
Regardless of the meaning, though, it's a great bit of body language.
Agreed. I loved that little touch; it's the same thing with Legion and his 'faceplates'. The fact that BW took the time to animate something as minute like a nostril flare was great.
I don't have anything other than human female. Right now I have full cloak and full Alliance training, and two in sticky grenade and three in cryo blast and two in fitness.
Which one should I pump up? Cryo blast or sticky grenade?
Also it seemed like fitness would be a waste since I should be trying to not get hit.
Pump Fitness and Sticky Grenade.
If you're sniping, things that take damage from Cryo are easily killed with your gun, and Sticky Grenades are more useful as an AoE thing anyway.

This requires a biotic? How about the most powerful biotic in the galaxy
This requires a military leader? How about a dude who led an extremely successful vigilante band
You need a hacker? How about the single most advanced AI in the galaxy apart from the reapers?
The choices were pretty clear, but of course there have to be wrong choices, too
Man I can totally understand why someone would prefer the mattock, it does really nice damage
but god damn if my finger is going to put up with clicking for every single bullet I want to shoot.
Also this stepped-up unlock is nice and all, if we hadn't spent the last week unlocking all those guys the hard way already.
And I still don't have my revenant. Just gimme a few rounds with the revenant bioware, and then I can retire from the demo in peace!

the genophage is a more finely crafted work of art than one any god ever produced
To be fair Star Trek didn't exist when these wars happened.
well but the idea is that they already fucked with the krogan so they needed to fuck with them some more to account for the initial fucking

Man just stay out of any Refinery missions in three. That's all we're saying.
they're like SOMEONE WITH TECH ABILITIES SHOULD PROBABLY GO HERE
YOU KNOW
SOMEONE WHO KNOWS ABOUT TECH STUFF
MAYBE AN ENGINEER? JUST THROWING THAT OUT THERE.
Man you send Jacob in for that shit. Dudes allways talking about his new Omnitool.
the first time I played ME I saw the thing with the footage from eden prime and it cuts back to nihlus and his mandibles twitch
and I though that is a good touch this will be a thing that I will enjoy
but he also went out like a bitch
furthering the boba fett comparison
i always thought that twitch of recognition meant that it wasn't the first time he'd seen sovereign

I look forward to that mandible twitch whenever I play ME1
and I thought Nihlus and Garrus were both good
Most Turians are pretty cool really
Soveregin is apparently known as Saren's Flagship but if that was the case he definitely should not have turned his back on Saren.

I sent in Legion
the problem is I picked a bad guy to lead the fireteam and he got shot in the head
then I picked grunt to lead the other fireteam and he got shot in the gut
and then I didn't send mordin back with the crew so he died too
none of this shit was clear to me the first time
I picked a good hacker and a good biotic and that's it
you'd think any of these cunts could lead a fireteam with all the combat they see but NO APPARENTLY NOT
I sent Grunt with the second fire team as well
It said it was for a distraction so I figured the biggest and angriest squad mate was the best choice
hopefully that will be addressed with some story complexity rather than straight up "WELP TOO BAD NOW YOU CAN'T DO THIS"

like as in chain overload does more damage to a single target than overload specced solely for damage to a single target
o_O
looking back I'm pretty sure that was my rationale as well

Legion as hacker
Garrus as fire team leader
I think these were my choices
To bad level 19 needs like 500k, and I'm guessing 20 is at a million
Because I thought things through.
