Question about giving away PAX tickets

I don't know if this is the right place or not. If it isn't please forgive me, this is my first time using this site.
A friends father recently burned his bridge with me and seeing as he was my only ride to pax I will no longer be going. I have tickets for each day and another friend of mine wants to go so I going to give them to him. My question is, do I need to do anything other than give him the email conformation and tickets or is there anything else I need to do first?
