Same voice, but they'd fiddled with it. Before neither the male nor female voice sounded... 'big'. Now they do!
It may be the same voice actor, but some of the line deliveries are definitely different. Though, actually, I guess that may be because one of them selected might in chargen and the other one selected instinct; nominally similar portions of the intro speech may have been rerecorded for each variation so as not to break up the flow.
(Also, belatedly, ahahahahahaha, the ad I got on that TB video had a dubstep soundtrack.)
Yeah they also did a lot of voice modifications to the Charr voices. For example, Rytlok is still voiced by Steve Blum, but they used some editing to lower the pitch of his voice quite a few octaves.
They did it to the PvP announcer in this recent beta too, his voice has been pitch shifted. Maybe he's a norn or charr character.
I wonder if they'll give the asura chipmunk voices...
You could hear some Asura if you went to the Asura Gates in the cities. They don't sound like chipmunks, like a Gnome would, but they do sound small. And angry.

Sword&Dagger Ranger seems to be such a trollish combination, especially if you combine it with a Longbow as a secondary. Too bad its a pet class.

Wow that pvp vid was much more telling than the other ones I saw. I like how it just looks more actiony and exciting. Not as much standing in one place and spamming shit. And survival is much more personal and seems to be what will make a good player dangerous and a bad one fodder.

A lot of people were complaining about the Norn female voice actor last weekend, to the point where people weren't going to roll them on live because it was so bad. The old voice is much more fitting of the large array of body types, where the new one sounds completely ridiculous unless you max out the high slider and make your Norn on the thicker side of the spectrum.
