Not offhand. There was Ender's mini that ended up with everyone forgetting to remove the safety on day 1.... then all shooting each other day 2, but that's doesn't really count. I think there was another game that had a similar mechanic to this though, I'll see if I can remember it

As she got up, a strange light-headedness began to overtake her. She rushed to the bathroom and sat on the toilet. The dizziness was overbearing, and she leaned over, attempting to support the weight of her torso by palming her knees. Her legs, though firmly planted, could not support the weight. They oscillated rapidly and uncontrollably. Suddenly, nausea. The sensory overload was unbearable. She slipped into unconsciousness as her frame gave way to her own weight, collapsing into a disorganized heap. A slight trail of gastric acid dripped from her parted lips. Mom?

The voice was a distant whisper, echoing repeatedly in Rose’s brain until it successfully parsed. The thought was reassuring. An eternity was spent pondering the questions to which she so desperately needed the answers. Finally, Dr. Thorne entered the room.

Victory Condition: Eliminate all cancer cells before it can metastasize.
