I need someone to rig a 3d model for me!

I'm working with a 3d model for something Minecraft related, but I have no idea how to rig things at all, so I'm hoping there might be some kind soul on these forums who could give me a huge helping hand.

This is the mesh:

This is the link to download the mesh:

This is what I can do with it in Minecraft:

All that is well and good, but now I need to pose him - I'm hoping to set him up in a kind of Atlas-esque, world-on-his-shoulders crouch. I have no idea how to do this to the mesh. I was hoping to find someone conversant in the world of 3d to help me rig the thing up so I can pose him as I need to before I voxelize him. I spent a couple hours this morning trying to figure out what the hell I needed to do in 3d Studio Max, but I've come to recognize that this is just beyond me and I'd be better off soliciting someone else to help. I don't need an overly elaborate rig, and if I can just approximate him into the right pose that's all I need since I can clean any weird bits up in Minecraft, but I just can't get this working.

dang that is a pretty slick model Ein, someone might be able to step up to the plate but I would recommend looking for a book specifically on rigging, its a total bitch and definitely shouldn't just jump into this guy for it, the other problem I see is that the arms are not making a T for the body which could cause problems, I know it would fuck me up if I took a crack at it, but I haven't rigged anything in years and if I tried it would turn into something like this

Well, I have him sort've boned, but using the skin modifier to attach the mesh to the bones is proving difficult. It does, mind you, but I don't know how to properly adjust the envelope weights so that when I rotate one of his legs his lower spine doesn't go with it!

What you're asking for is someone with professional skills to take about 10-15 hours of their time to help you out with your project. Perhaps if you offered some sort of compensation, and posted this on a 3d artist forum you might get some replies. Otherwise, no one is going to do this just for the fun of it.
