I always wanted to do a play on team building like that
Have the whole heist laid out in the back room of a classy bar or club. Montage showing all the team members and why they are important. The guy putting it together tells the team leader how important everyone is to this mission and the usual spiel before he asks if he can get this done. Then the leader goes back out to the main room and the whole team is just there drinking beers or something and nochalantly gets them to join.
