I'll be hard pressed to come up with a fate worse than having your head wind up in Aroduc's pants.
And I'll be hardpressed to think of a worse nightmare than opening my pants and having Jeff's head be there.
Also, I'm hammering out something in my mind that would have some hilariously awesome social dynamics going for it, would be intrinsicly perfectly balanced, and is optimal for a size in the 30-50 range.
I'll do it if only because I want to see how The Jeffe can make 60 people manageable.
Even in the really big games the players pretty much manage themselves. It also lets you be more liberal with the kill-matron in the case of absent voters.

I've limited myself to two games between now and the one I'm going to be running -- one has already been chosen based on the theme listed in the sign-up list. Looks like this one will be the other one.
Haven't done one of these but they are pretty awesome. And with the power of 300, my mind is on Warriors holding oversized spears and thrusting them into sweaty, half-naked men.
I don't know whether it would fit with your plans thus far, but it would be nice if you had something to allow villagers to be elected to or otherwise attain positions of power, like the council in Rishiri. The larger a game is, the longer it takes and the greater the sense of villager ennui the masses suffer. I think the game would really benefit if you carefully planned the mechanics of it.
My mind was running down the combination your avatar and "Greek" theme...young boys lols and all that...
