So, anyway, some games I'm excited about:
Dark Sector
The Darkness
Elder Scrolls IV: The Shivering Isle
Bioshock
Mass Effect (god, so excited for this one)
Fable 2

Maybe some others I can't think of. What are some games yall are excited about?

    I'm pretty pumped about the new MGS and Resident Evil coming out at the end of the year. Super Smash Brothers on the Wii will probably be pretty fucking amazing too.

    No way is it better than BG2. I've only played a bit of NWN2, but if it were a better game I would have literally been yelled at to play it.

    Jade Empire is a lot better then people give it credit for. Besides, man; exploding someone with your fists after you make them move in slow motion with crazy Chinese magicks? Fuck yes.

    but as it stands, bg2 hasn't aged particularly gracefully, and also i have played it a bunch

    nwn2's story is really gripping, and i haven't finished it yet, and also it is shiny and new, so at the moment if you dangle them both in front of me and say 'what do you want to play', i'll say nwn2

    Well, how different is NWN2 from 1?

    I mean, I play BG2 like twice a year since I first bought it. But I didn't even finish NWN(I beat Hotu though).

    that is my exact problem

    the system is fine but the campaign is boring and pretty dumb and everything is just narrow corridors, even the city and such

    I thought BG 1 and 2 were pretty bland and just you know, boring. The story was like oatmeal.

    I think Bio Shock is looking pretty good and Mass effect. Anyone know if ravensoft has been making any games lately. After Soldier of Fortune they kind of went away.
