Other than spend it on dinner?

Spend ALL of it on a dinner from someplace nearby you don't usually go to that's worth a gamble.

maybe bring in snacks for some of your homies at work.

What is this thing that is happening here.

    Wings!

So we get stiff once in a while. So we have a little fun. What’s wrong with that? This is a free country, isn’t it? I can take my panda any place I want to. And if I wanna buy it a drink, that’s my business.

So I think tonight is the night I'm supposed to meet the father of the girl who I am dating until she moves away early next month.

A "welcome home" dinner (he was on vacation the last couple weeks).

I don't wanna go and am considering the "work called me in!" excuse.

But then I am trying to look at this as a free meal and stress free "meet the parents" sorta situation since it's not like there is a future here.

But it's raining and I don't want to waste the gas driving all the way out there, then all the way back....

Man, I have a great life if this is all I have to worry about!

The only little one at Canadian Tire is $84 and should fit on my balcony.

Nothing fancy, obviously, but it'll do. I live alone, so it's not like it needs to be anything much.

So, I'm having an argument with a staunch conservative, one of those ignorant, internally inconsistent types and he goes on and on about 'Liberals' and how ignorant we are and how impossible it is to debate with us because we refuse to budge on anything and I said to him that his reliance on ad hominem attacks was irritating and there is no such thing as a monolithic 'Liberal' identity that personifies the exaggerated opposite of his beliefs and you know what he responded to me with?

"The same thing could be said about Liberals."

He's not a bad conservative, he's a caricature of a bad conservative. It's just astonishing.

I think tonight I'm going to make steamed veggies with some vinegar and frank's red hot and grill up a steak.

The alternative is homemade pizza (Beef + Ham and pineapple dusted with mozza cheese and my own low-sodium pizza sauce), but I think I'll save that for tomorrow.

Done with my reading for today. My folks still aren't home so I am stuck watching the puppy till they get back. Even though she is conked out under my chair in the kitchen right now.

This also means I can't go upstairs to play Arkham City which my friend loaned me. So want to play it.

Arguing politics with family is tough.

It is generally poor form to argue for higher taxes on the rich to the rich people who are putting you through college.

I would take the tactic of investment in the country and continual stability and infrastructure. These are things that improve business in the short and long run. Thus more money.

My family was pretty well off, but my dad is kind of a douche and I had to pay my own way through school, which was tough, because the student loans program assumes your parents will pay a portion of your education even if they steadfastly refuse to, so there was quite a bit of touch and go there where I had no money whatsoever.
School was such a waste of time and money. :/

But I argue politics with my dad now and then, which must frustrate the hell out of him because he doesn't keep up with current events and he certainly doesn't think that hard about his positions and I will follow his positions to their logical conclusion and ask him if that's what he really wants to happen.

Creme Eggs are kind of a mixed bag. They taste so good, but I immediately feel weird after consuming one.
