I don't have the Justicar but with a Drell Adept with no points in his power passive Area Pull + Reave makes basic enemies a joke.
I object to the notion that it's bad because it isn't useful against shields/armour because I don't see a problem with having a setup that wipes the floor with troopers and allows you to focus on the bigger fish quicker.
