The Avengers gets the Jacob seal of approval. I'm way too tired to go into specifics, but suffice to say that good characters + good actors + exciting action + being able to tell wtf is going on = success.
I just dont care either way. Seems weird though that when making an Elder Scrolls mmo you take most of the Elder Scrolls out of it. Especially when its PC only which I would dictate as the more hardcore ES crowd.

Actually one thing I didnt like was the screen shots, they can BS me all they want about "customized version of Hero engine" that shit looked cartoony just like TOR but with elder scrolls style weapons and armors.
