While I was in Hawaii a couple of weeks ago there was a guy who brought his newfoundland to the beach everyday. It was really hot but he would bring a cooler full of ice, and the dog would drink it as the ice melted. He got to play in the ocean a lot as well which was neat. It was really depressing though because the dog was really old and had some serious hip issues, so watching him walk around was really sad.
I'm on my way to a Road Trip with my wife, daughter, mother-in-law and some friends! I rented a car, which will prove to be a great idea or a terrible one.
Yeah the dog discussion earlier made me realize I should post him on reddit. They don't realize he is not as cute when you can smell him, or when you are in the spray zone.
Nu uh, Im not going to be a second pick... Im too proud for that.
Yes, with a quick verbal "boom." You take a man's peko, you deny him his dab, all that is left is to rise up and tear down the walls of Jericho with a ".....not!" -TexiKen
Also no, I am probably not going to it unless it's something super awesome that I am missing in Southern California and doesn't require tickets that were sold out months ago.

I'm dying.
The accidental double click when you are lassoing with a pen tablet. Oh my god the annoyance.
Holding Shift will let you add to your selection. Alt will let you subtract from it.
When I'm doing a complex selection I usually make an alpha channel, do little bits of the selection at a time and fill them in with white. Then when it's all done and you want to select the whole area, you just hold down Command and click on the alpha channel.

Yeah I should start doing a tiny selection and then shift clicking the rest, because this shit is annoying to no end.
Just wanted to give a shout to Mayday and the fantastic work he did on my propaganda poster project. He was fast, efficient, customer attentive and his work is amazing. I recommend anyone else looking for an artist for a project, to give Mayday a try.
I went and looked at what you were talking about and sheesh! If I did a comic they would be lucky that the gun wasn't somehow made out of gummy bears and a wheelbarrow.
I always find it interesting when people who are nuts about a subject can't even be happy when something actually gives them 98% verisimilitude. You would think they would be happy when something even approaches that rather than the usual 'make shit up' (that I would be doing if I had a sequence about making amunition).
Well that's par for the course in my comments. Also a guy recently wrote me, like, an 8-paragraph email about an exploding gun back in book one, basically positing that the gun would've just discharged normally instead of blowing up under the circumstances, which really aren't important because A) the bullets in all the chambers of the gun had chain-fired and blown the cylinder apart, etc., and because it is a comic about wizards and robot horses.
There was also the whole historical discussion where dudes told me Volcanic pistols didn't exist and everyone should have revolvers, always, in everything, but then lauded the redesign where I glued gears on.
EDIT: Board snuck your post in, Fug. MORE GEARS GLUED ON EVERYTHING, CLEARLY.
EDIT#2: "Weh, people pay attention to details in my shit!" I guess I sort of also appreciate the ridiculous effort crazy Type As put into telling me I'm wrong. They just flabbergast me sometimes, and I deal with them inelegantly and hate myself for engaging them on the same level.

Yeah, exactly.
P.S. I apologize for killing the chat thread. Have a bunana.
Been catching up on today's e3 news by watching a bunch of new game trailers...is it just me, or does everyone else's interest in these trailers go straight off a cliff the moment people start shooting? Not that I don't enjoy myself a shooting game or 20, but it's just intensely dull to watch gameplay of other people shooting things. You can't really tell if the shooting is any good or not from 2 minutes of gameplay in any case, so basically these trailers wind up spending a lot of time establishing how they are exactly the same as every other game at the show. Spend that limited timeframe to show me what other interesting ideas you've got, I can just assume from context that shooting will be in any game T rated or above that doesn't have a knight, samurai, or ninja on the box.
Like this Watch Dogs trailer...it looks it could be something really fascinating-a really slick, taut adventure game/intrigue type affair- right up until the point it goes into cover shooter mode and I'm just like god dammit. And it could be fun shooting! And it could still be really fascinating! But I'm still like, dammit I thought this was gonna be doing something really different for once- a game that knows that suspense can be more exciting than just action.
I'd love to play a game for once that had enough restraint that when in the rare instance violence broke out, it was actually shocking and had some kind of emotional impact. If I ever have megabucks cash, I'm going to try to get a game off the ground where you only get to shoot a gun once the entire time, so the designers and writers would really have to work to make it count.
But then you see last of us and are like oh shit the shooting has an emotional impact and he has like two bullets aaahhh he has to protect the girl who totally isn't ellen page!!!

Cake, Lord of Big Dog on Thames.
Can't say I didn't see that one coming, seeing how it's right next to the damn lake.
I bet a lot of those high-end shops in the PATH are water-logged out the ass.
I found your dog wandering around /aww

I feel like I could do my things a lot faster if I learned more shortcuts and easier methods of stuff.

First off: The entire gun should be watch gears.
Clockwork bullets.

Case closed.
Unless they start arguing your use of magic is incorrect, then well...
That's all you need to put. Your gun was a gift from space wizards.

You should do a 24 hour comic about someone obsessed with screws next time that horrible event comes around.
