The Newell constantly finds ways to part me from my dollars...

At that price I can't resist, even though these will likely sit in my backlog for months...

I loved the original SS back in the day. At the time it was released the engine was spiffy as hell - reflective surfaces, variable gravity, mildly destructible environments (taking down trees with the chaingun was AWESOME). In many ways I think I loved the engine more than I loved the game. :)
Looking forward to seeing how it's evolved.

SS co-op = absolute blast. I'm hoping it's just as fun in SS3.

Oh it is, I love seeing people run in circles when the boss creatures come out.

Then I'm trying to rip heads off to throw ineffectually at things.

Origin is the exact same as my Steam, in case you're needing a Support or Assault in BF3.

It's a rating for how many hours you've played games in the last 2 weeks, I think. Or something like that. It maxes out at 10.

Ah, thanks. Looks like All that Skyrim I've been playing this week made me a Level 10 Steamhead . . . .

(Re: avatar -- it's the game that made me a lifelong PC gamer, so it seemed appropriate. If only I could play the original on my phone today, I could die happy. As it is, Legend of Grimrock is a fine, fine tribute.)

It's time for another of Corpekata's needlessly complicated trade offers!

I have a few bucks in Steam Wallet (from trying out the Gamestop stuff). There's a few things on other services I want to snag. Shouldn't be more than 4 dollars. I want to find someone to trade me those for something around that price on Steam. Trade being the keyword, last couple times some kind bastard has gifted me stuff, and I can't take the classiness anymore. Hit me up on Steam if you can lend a hand (Gamersgate and GreenmanGaming are the sites). When Amazon does its' MAYhem sale I may be looking for someone for some titles from that too.

I just finished the main campaign of Costume Quest. Adorable. Contemplating going back and getting the two costumes I missed before doing Grubbins on Ice (Vampire and Unicorn) but the default save spot Costume Quest puts you back at after beating the game is kind of annoyingly far back (down a level or two, missing tons of candy so getting all the battle stamps will also be a pain in the ass).

I bought CQ months ago when it was on sale, without reading anything about it beforehand, because someone here said it was awesome. I just started it up, configured all the settings, and got some candy before the other character got kidnapped by some kind of ogre. Do you like Hydro Thunder? Did you ever think, while playing Hydro Thunder that you'd like to shoot at your opponents?

That's about it. It's not that great. It's just a straight arcade racer that lets you shoot at enemies. It has the same sort of powerup system as mario kart, hydro thunder, etc.

If you've ever played Diddy Kong Racing in the flying maps you've played it (and played a better game already).
