By the way, is it fairly common in the Expert Deck to have multiple OWCs active at any given point, 'cause it'd be nice to think that this card isn't going to be sticking around long.
I'm pretty sure all the expert cards go onto the track.
You are correct, all of them are added to the track so it will only last the two turns, I believe.
Ever so slight possibility of a non-Event expert card lingering for three turns if two Event cards are drawn in a row after it.
Estalia : Festival of Sinew (When an opponent summons a figure to this region, gain one power point.) and Skulltaker (All enemy figures that are killed in this region are placed on this card. These figures count toward your domination value. At the start of the end phase, remove these figures from the board.)
I don't know-I'd like to see a Round 1 KoS to Estalia just to show Khorne a thing or two, but your free to get pleasure however you'd like, free country and all that.

Pfffff I figured I'd send that move in ahead of time and speed the game along. Now I see there was a much better play and Nurgle ignores my very generous gift of TIME, allowing it to rot away piece by piece.
Aw, dude, you gonna give Slaanesh another point? That ain't cool.
Why blame poor Khorne? Khorne must kill. Mean rat men play card to deny Khorne skulls in Bretonnia. Khorne must bring skulls to Estalia. Blame rat men.
Norsca : Warpstorm (If you kill one or more enemy figures in this region during the battle phase, place a Warpstone token in this region.)
Bretonnia : Strength in Numbers (If you have more figures than any one other player in this region, the defense value of your figures is increased by one.)
Estalia : Festival of Sinew (When an opponent summons a figure to this region, gain one power point.) and Skulltaker (All enemy figures that are killed in this region are placed on this card. These figures count toward your domination value. At the start of the end phase, remove these figures from the board.)
Yeah didn't see the Tilea move, and honestly I forgot that moving a cultist with terror would count as summoning. It was a very tired day of getting back from work.
You basically have slaanesh a whole extra round of points. I almost want to help blackraider win at this point to prove a point
One more peep out of you and I'm giving him MORE points.
It's very very easy to look at other players and tell them to sacrifice their own chances of winning just to hinder someone else. This is why some claim the bloodletter upgrade isn't overpowered because "just run away!" or "everyone focus taking out Khorne!" If I screw over one other player while screwing over myself, I lose. If I help one other player while helping myself, I still collectively come out ahead. And it's just the first round so chill out.
If you spend all next round doing nothing but dumping warriors and vermin lords on Slaneesh I'll take it all back.

Or rather, denying him a couple PP isn't worth completely derailing my first turn plans.
It is an imperfect world, which is why we must destroy it.
