Because I'm loved? Also because I'm still getting maybe 2 counters max which ain't near enough to double at this point in the game.

EDIT: Question - When Daemonic Subtlety says "Your" Warriors, it means just Slaanesh, right?

Darian's personal Unofficial FAQ for the Horned Rat (Now with some official rulings):
    25. Does Vermin Outbreak apply a cost to free summons from upgraded figures? Does it change the cost of figures summoned or moved by spells?
[My ruling - Free summons are affected; a cost of 0 is still a cost. Upgraded horrors would cost 1 PP in addition to the cost of the spell; the Bloodthirster could be summoned once at a cost of 1 PP.
Chaos card effects are noted as being immune to Vermin Outbreak, so summons from Convocation or Grey Seer would not be affected.]

Really? Well, that... would've been nice to know...

Don't suppose I could not summon that Warrior to Estalia, then? Put me back up to 4/6?

Short pause for everyone to chime in.
I may not be here when the decision is made, so if everyone says it's ok with them, please continue and I'll update the board later.

    Round 3-3. Summon Phases

    game77state25.png

    - Old World Card Effects
Vermin Outbreak - The cost to summon each figure is increased by one. Chaos card effects are immune to this limitation. Each player may roll no more than two battle dice per battle, per region.
Call to Arms! - During the corruption phase, reduce the total number of corruption tokens that each player places in each region by one.

    - Upgrade Effects
Bloodsworn - Each Bloodworn counts as two figures toward your domination value of any region that it occupies.
Lepers - When your Lepers place at least one corruption token in a region during the corruption phase, you may place one additional corruption token in that region.
Horrors - When you play a Chaos card with a magic symbol, you may immediately summon a Horror to that region for 0 power.
Daemonettes - When you summon a Daemonette into a region, you may take control of an opponent's Cultist in that region until the end of the turn. (Place the Cultist next to the Daemonette as a reminder.)

    - Chaos Card Effects
The Empire : Skulltaker (All enemy figures that are killed in this region are placed on this card. These figures count toward your domination value. At the start of the end phase, remove these figures from the board.) and Warp Token Cache (If you dominate this region, place this card on your power sheet. You may discard this card from your power sheet at the beginning of the summoning phase to immediately gain two power points.)
Estalia : Daemonic Subtlety (Your Warriors and Greater Daemons in this region each place one corruption during the corruption phase.)
The Border Princes : Creeping Death (If you dominate this region, place one corruption token in each adjacent region.) and Virulent Outbreak (This region is considered Populous.)
The Border Princes : Warpstorm (If you kill one or more enemy figures in this region during the battle phase, place a Warpstone token in this region.) and Festival of Sinew (When an opponent summons a figure to this region, gain one power point.)
