I know, I know. You will want to lock the thread and say this can be discussed after PAX Prime. I see where you are coming from, but when it comes to large event planning you need more than a year. The planning should begin now if you want any hope of improvement for 2013. What are the chances PA can book a sought after CC with 6 months notice?
Can we please start a real discussion about this now without it getting locked down? The sooner the better so that by the time PAX Prime has wrapped up we have some thoughtful ideas. Give our ideas time to refine and evolve so come crunch time we aren't in panic mode.
Just to be clear, I am not talking about just moving Prime, or just opening a 3rd PAX. Everything should be on the table. Additional weekends, additional venues, move venues, everything. There is clearly a problem, I don't think anyone wants to see PAX turn in to a 1 hour sellout event. Lets get an idea stew going here folks!
