I think the new champ is going to have to be manabased. Otherwise his cooldown refunds would be just too ridiculous. On the other hand, he looks to beat most tanky dps in a fight. Passive armor pen and dots to stop wriggles and a true damage finisher
So now that I'm over level 20 and just playing draft games and doing pretty well, I've gotten a couple friend requests from cool cats who I've played with, which is nice, since it means I know if I play with them at least a couple of us will hopefully do well. One of them is a guy who plays a mean ass Alistar jungle which is great.

You want flash on people with executes like Garen, Cho, newguy for obvious reasons as well as on people with command stuns (Taric, Sion, etc). This is like a double reason to take Flash on Riven

Yea, I mean, you're probably remembering all sorts of fun plays you had with it, but people have gotten insanely good (and obnoxious) with it. Trust me, you do not want this thing you think you want.

It's an ultimate. Soooo lots. They'll likely use cho's as a relative balancing point, remove scaling with stats and give the scaling through stacks. I would not expect to fight this guy 1v1 and not at least trade kills.

When they were going into information available re: turrets I thought they were gonna say they fixed the thing where if you weren't looking at a turret when it was being hit then you can't tell what the hp is once it goes into fog of war
I just put my cowjungle skills to the test for the first time, and sweet lord I love it. Unfortunately, after I created 4 kills in the first 6 or 8 minutes with headbutt ganks my team wouldn't stick together and just walked into traps trying to push lanes constantly and we lost. Our MF was pretty good, but our yi/soraka/anivia were just plain awful.
