Can somebody translate this sentence from French to English?

I received an e-mail from a person i spoke with at a tradeshow.

Seb y parle pas...y s'fais tu encore sucer bout d'viarge

I think it says: Seb is not talking about this... (The rest is a mystery to me)
If you understand the second half (or the first half if I mistranslated that as well), I would really appreciate a translation.

"Seb's not talking... is he still getting blown (as in blowjob) damnit" implying that he is not answering or talking right now because he's busy getting sucked, and the bout d'viarge doesn't have a true translation but indicates impatience.

Is this Canadian French? d'viarge is slang for something about the virgin mary -- or something like that, I don't really remember.

Kind of reads like "Do you still suck off the virgin mary?"

@esh knows French if I recall, he might know some slang, it's definitely not a proper word as far as I can tell.

not a doctor, not a lawyer, examples I use may not be fully researched so don't take out of context plz, don't @ me

Thank you both, it is French Canadian.
I had a feeling it might be some type of saying/slang.

I guess I'll take the meaning as "Seb isn't talking...He is screwing around." (Does that seem right?)

    What a bizzare saying.
Thank you for your help bowen & Djiem!

Might be like "he is fucking around" too, something a bit less formal I'm sure.

Haha yeah. "Bout d'viarge" is basically a replacement for a swear word, though even I don't use that. Not sure from which part of quebec it's from. Possibly Saguenay.

And even in french it doesn't make any sense. I can't even explain why those 2 words are put together.
