I've got to perform a discriminant analysis on a large spreadsheet of data to separate it into three classes. I have WinStat for Excel software but it's not very intuitive and I was wondering if there is better software which would help me at least get a good grasp of what I need to do; I have my three models and I'm just kind of unsure where to start.
Or, alternately, if there isn't a free tool that can help me with discriminant analysis, is there a good tutorial for it somewhere I could be directed to?
