Up From Skavenblight
Place one Skaven token in every region, or adjacent to every region, where there is at least one Warpstone token. (Total Skaven equal to number of regions containing Warpstones.) If there are no Warpstone tokens in play, do nothing.
Discard this card instead of adding it to the Old World track.
@Cerberus needs to place Skaven in or adjacent to:
1. Kislev
2. The Empire
3. The Badlands
Round 1, Draw phase
@BlackRaider may discard one of his initial 3 cards before drawing to five. Everyone else should also draw to 5 (note: Cerberus can only look at his first three before deciding where to place the extra Skaven).
Once BlackRaider discards or passes the option, pesky will be active to begin the first summoning phase.
