I just sold a rare dex helm for 8 mill. Do I buy a lower tier Stormshield now? I'm a frenzy barb if that matters. Is it worth spending all that gold if the block % is anything below 30?

i mean i will give it another shot once i hit a new checkpoint becuase Fuck Redoing Levels on act 4 but
it always worked for me to just go to auction house, choose one primary stat, set a max buyout of 5000, then search and sort by dps
and there'd be loads of junk way better than what i had
