I seen a shirt that said "South Korea's got Seoul".

What's that mean? How do you pronounce Seoul? Maybe I'm pronouncing it wrong? But I don't get it.

Can someone explain this to me slowly and with the use of small words?

    Seoul is the capital of South Korea. It's a pun on the whole "x's got Soul" bit.

    Ha, about three years ago a friend of mine bought a shirt that said Missouri Loves Company. I didn't get it until about 2 months ago, when it finally clicked.

    Yeah, that's just akin to "Gettin' Lucky in Kentucky" or "Oklahoma is OK!"

    Incidentally the only way to counteract these t-shirts are to wear completely unironic t-shirts. I have one that reads "Virginia: Admitted to statehood in 1788"
