Hi! I recently did a complete reinstall of my imac because I tought a clean install could help Diablo 3 play better (it did not!).
I did back up of my pictures and other important stuff by copying them to my boyfriend computer, but since there was no room for it, I just left my music on my ipod touch, figuring "hey, I'll just have to go in disk mode and copy it back".
Apparently you can not do that with an ipod touch. I tried looking online for solution, but the information seems outdated (telling me to go in disk mode when I can't) or asking me to download shady-looking suposedly freeware that are 30$.
Is there a way to get my music (and possibly playlists?) back to my computer? I'm using 10.6.8 and an ipod touch
I managed to get my itunes music back when I first plugged it in, it asked me for my account password and then transfered those. but not those that were from CD. I tried Discover and it crashes so I don't know if it works, but thanks anyway!

Otherwise, for the music that you purchased from the iTunes store, you can try this:
