    You're actually going to do it in ImageReady.

    First, create a photoshop document with many layers in it, each layer a stage of the animation or a picture you want to flip through.

    Then, in the animation bar, start with the first frame (the top of your layer stack) and hit the "new animation layer" button at the bottom of the animation bar. Then, when you have two animation frames, hide your topmost layer to expose the next layer. This becomes frame 2.

    Rinse, repeat.
