Defcon, my friends, is simulated global thermonuclear war.
It's like Wargames, without Matthew Broderick.
Each player takes control of a cluster of countries (like in risk) and is put to the task of guarding said countries populace from a nuclear holocaust, while droppin mad bombs everywhere else.
It's not so much a matter of who wins, as it's a matter of who loses least.
