Any idea on a good time to line up to play on a table in the DM's challenge? I want to say that last year there was a tweet sent out advertising that there were a few spots still open, (ie. still open seats after the line was cleared) but I can't remember for sure.
Quick note -- we've gotten our hands on the new reprint of the Dungeon! boardgame from Wizards a couple of months early and plan to be running it as part of our Boardgame open play. This was originally created back in 1975, updated a bunch in the 80s. Real fun boardgame version of graph paper D&D.
We will be tweeting once again about line openings, special give aways, and stealth events. Lots of fun for those who watch and follow us at: https://twitter.com/pax_dnd or @pax_dnd
It should be a great show for D&D. Lots to do, and I'm really looking forward to Robert and his crew entertaining folks with all the great events lined up.
The Hot List:
D&D Next playtest
Play throughs of the Dungeon! board game
Lords of Waterdeep tournament
First ever Dungeon Command convention tournament
Thanks DnD Folks!
Had a grand time, played in every event (Except the DM challange) your lines with chairs, the attitude and skill of your DM's and I got lucky with fellow players who were the best! I will never forget the drow wizard who did not care about friendly fire, or the gal who played a drow priestess to the letter and she was delightfully evil can't wait to next year, I may even vollunteer to DM!
