I'd like to talk to you about DRAGONS.

Specifically World of Warcraft dragons.
So it's been established that every dragonflight in Azeroth has an aspect leader, and that these leaders are always far larger than any other member of their respective flights.
It's also been established that these aspect leaders are tended to by a host of consorts that mate with them in order to produce more dragons that further propagate the flight, and that all dragons can shapeshift at will into a humanoid form.
With me so far?
This being the case, do you guys think coupling only takes place while in dragon form or can it also be accomplished in humanoid form? And is it performed one at a time or as a group activity?
See, my theory is that they use dragon forms for one-on-one couplings, but possibly humanoid forms for the convenience of group mating sessions.
On the other hand, because flight leaders like Alexstrasza are much larger than her consorts, maybe remaining in dragon form would be more conducive towards accommodating multiple consorts simultaneously.

Now, i'm not an expert on WoW, but i am a dragon slayer of minor note. And as any good hunter will tell you you gotta know your quarry.
In short, dragons fuck other dragons in dragon form, regardless of orgy. Dragons fuck dragons. If a dragon fucks another dragon in non dragon form it is considered a black mark on their reputation, forever.
"Oh check out zygha'yughzak. He shagged jhy'kliipmys while a moose. Don't talk to him."
They however traditionally mate with other creatures in form of the other creature. the offspring is always draconian in look, but with characteristics of the other creature.
Dragons will mate with other creatures while in their true form, but this often crushes their would be mate.
