Bought both SFIV AE and the costume pack from the Steam Summer Sale. Not only does it run perfectly on max settings and loads super fast (mash start to skip the Vs screen!), but it even supports every known console controller, even my wireless PS3 Madcatz pad. A PS3 controller for a GFWL game? Crazy!
I plan to do the majority of Street Fighting on my PC now, so feel free to add me on Steam.
To that, how the heck do you invite Steam players to join an online lobby?
Does anyone play VF5 Final Showdown here? I want to get it because it looks like fun, but I'd like to play with people who aren't going to beat me up and laugh at me. Just beating me up is plenty.

Got it free on PSN+, and would like more peeps to play it with.
Though I also wish they'd put up a PC version because....I want everything on PC these days.

Well Damoonrulz was taken and my nickname is HS was Sweaty. I figured that would be taken, so I added the project number from Ghost in the Shell. Don't you judge me.

So I see people anti-air with focus attacks sometimes, absorbing the jump in hit and then either backdashing or letting it rip - how do I know which situations to use this tactic in?

it only works vs airborne attacks that have long recovery on the ground (I think i have seen Rose punish Yun dive kicks with her focus)
otherwise they'll throw you every time

Use it when you're playing online and it's really laggy and your opponent is doing unsafe jump-ins for some reason and you don't feel like using your normals/specials to punish them.

Why is your PSN Sweaty2501
Anyone have tips for linking cr.mk after fierce hands? I seem to get pushed back way too far for it to even seem possible.
I didn't know you played Honda.

it does not seem overly important because you can just block the crossup on the ground
if anything it just works as a good deterrent to constant chicken blocking (a problem in blazblue)
You can make new gfwl ids for free im pretty sure.
Maybe you have to walk forward for two or three frames before hitting it. It looks like you should have enough advantage.
I'll judge you with my fRipkick
I'll add you on PSN tonight.
you should have tried DaMoonRulz1
or #1
Probably don't allow hashes though
Walking forward doesn't let me do cr.mk xx ex headbutt though.
I've been paying close attention to whether or not it works on st/cr too.
EDIT: For example... supposedly this works on cammy:
Cr. Jab xx strong hhs, cr. Forward xx ex hb (great damage 1 meter works STANDING)…
EDIT2: Oh fuck, strong hands, not fierce hands.
The cr.mk link seems to work mostly on crouching characters. Well done knob.

Or am I missing something?
