Really, and I know this sounds stupid, but you gotta get a feel for it.

I just count to 7 in my head and mash A and B, and that worked virtually every time I needed it to.

the instant air dash is so that when i SB drop the traps it has me land immediately and follow up with a standing B (mid air SB trap has no landing frames)
and i cannot get the instant air dash, the cancel into SB traps, and the standing B on one go

and even if i do there are still like five moves left lol
