SR 3 is an awesome game, filled with awesomeness, buy it! you wont get it cheaper (if it all) until at least christmas, I know this and im only about 8 hours in.

So @CheesecakeRecipe sent me a PM yesterday and it contained a steam code for a game and he told me to redeem it. Sadly it didn't work as it had already been redeemed! He had a bunch of codes that he had shared with friends not knowing who had claimed what. So he sent me three separate codes and all three had been redeemed unfortunately. He said he felt really bad about getting my hopes up and I told him not to worry about it. The thought is seriously what counts I believe, but he just couldn't accept that.
So this guy, this already extremely classy guy, has a move of classiness sort of backfire for him. What does he do? What is a pimp to do?

It's the re-pocalypse! Power is flickering on and off in the thunderstorm here, and I should really just turn off my computer and ride this out, but I want to take the opportunity to thank @Pyromaniac221 for Two Worlds II! He says I was selected at random to receive a helping of "holiday cheer." What holiday he's referring to, I have no idea! But I definitely feel cheerier!
East Coast brother? In the southern tip of Maryland here and we have been in the dark for about half an hour now. Hooray for barely working 3G!
Not East Coast, more like Midwest. Coming off no power for three days a couple weeks ago. My condolences, and doubly so for living in Maryland.
My friends haven't even bothered to log on for the summer sale yet. If possible I'd like an invite to the Steam group so I can hang out with some sensible people.

So here I am sitting in the bleachers and lazily keeping my eyes trained on left field. I have my bucket of popcorn and lazily take a draw on my Slurpee. Mind you, I'm not expecting to see anything. Sure, the place was exciting a few hours ago. Even heard some chants going and some poor fool trying to start a Wave by himself. (Sad, really. Up. Down. Up. Down. He tried to mix it up with a left and right and a "Konami Code, get it?" but no one bought it). With the sun going down and the cleaning crew starting to make themselves known, I see a glint. Bit early for stars, but I'm not an Astrolo..Anstrono.. a star guy. But I swear, this thing gets larger and brighter. I set my drink down and take a lean against the guard rail and squint my eyes. If I had money to bet, I'd swear it was a rocket screaming from the crypt with a guy waving and hollering. I barely register it before the darn thing is up and past me, but I look down in my lap and see something that could've only come from some far off land beyond that left field wall. A voice trails from behind me saying, like a memory, "It was on your list." I'd be lying if I said it wasn't. I'd be lying.

Send me a PM with the following information:
- The name of the game on your wishlist with the earliest WGD, and the date you added it
- A link to your steam profile
This contest will last until sometime-in-the-evening o’clock on Wednesday, July 18nd. At this point, I will release a list ranking some number of submissions from earliest WGD to most recent WGD. The first 3 people on this list will receive the games in question.
If the amount I spend on those 3 games does not exceed, say, $50, then I will continue going down the list, gifting each person their respective game, until I pass that mark.
To keep things interesting, I will try to provide daily updates about what the current “earliest WGD” is.
Please note the change in the end date as stated above.
I thought it would be cool to have it for the whole Steam sale, but it occurred to me that people might be passing up some of these games when their daily or flash deals come up because of the possibility of winning.
As it stands, any WGD in 2011 has no chance of winning; I have 13 entries with WGDs in 2010, and 3 of them are The Witcher 2, so I won't be making it very far past those. The very earliest dates are still in summer of 2010.
I could totally win this, but I burned myself out wandering around the Mojave and my desire to do the same in D.C. is currently at a low. Let others enjoy games that still deserve to be on their wishlists. I've been lucky enough this summer sale anyway.

Guys, if you haven't gotten Walking Dead yet..get it! Even if you haven't watched the TV show (so far it's a completely separate plot as far as I can tell).
I just thought I'd check it out real quick and then head to bed and read a bit..but suddenly it's 1AM and I'm smashing in zombie heads with screwdrivers :rotate:
If they can keep the quality on that level for all of the 5 episodes, it's an absolute steal at the current price.
Shit, what happened? The Prince of Persia collection rose up to $32.82. The flash sale clock was at 19 hours left last I checked. Was that an error on the site or something?

@The Dude With Herpes: Nope, no spell hotkeys. Need to input them. BUT- If you use Autohotkey you can set up hotkeys for them, but it's a little work setting it up. This post here is for hotkeying normal attacks and such and then down at the bottom there's a post about spells.
Even if it doesn't win the vote, I wouldn't worry too much.
It seems to go on sale quite often.
