EP3 Steam code bought from PA booth at SDCC is invalid

Hello,

I bought Episode 3 at San Diego Comic Con from the PA booth and when I try to activate it in Steam I get an error message saying the code is invalid. It has a zero and an uppercase letter "i" in it and I have tried substituting these for the letter "o" and number "1" respectively and no combination has worked.

The code is in the format XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

Is there anyone I can contact about this to get a new code?
