I have two games to give away, but I won't tell you what they are.
In one, you will mainly destroy things, but maybe that will end up saving people. PM me the word DESTROY to ask for this game.
In another, you are trying to save the world, but maybe you are destroying it. PM me the word SAVE to ask for this game.
Tomorrow morning I will randomly select one winner for each game.
I had 7 votes for SAVE and only 4 for DESTROY, so on average, you are good people.
SAVE = Bastion. Winner = @Capfalcon because all the other voters already owned it.
DESTROY = Just Cause 2. Winner = @Kadoken, again, the only voter who did not own the game.
For my next contest I will choose less universally loved and owned games.

Yeah, I was immediately turned off from buying Shoot Many Robots when I saw there was no controller support. Still entered a Steamgifts or two for it, but it just seems stupid to take away controller support for a game like that.

Talking to @Lord Snotand he made me regret missing out on Sim City. So I went to the store to add it to the wishlist for the next sale and I've owned the game since May. LAST YEAR.

Edit: Totally misread that. The only way I know is to try to buy the game as a gift and then pick Send Through Steam. It'll show your friends list and show who has it, who doesn't, and who has it wishlisted.

No. They launched the game with controller support then took it away to put it on PC. That's dumb. And JoyToKey is a huge pain in the ass to use.

I never thought it was a pain to use. Of course, I've only used it for VVVVVV, which is, what, two directions and two buttons?
Is there a way to look at my friends list, or at a group I'm part of and see who doesn't already have a particular game?
@Beltaine: If you already have the game in your inventory, you can select it, press "Send Gift", select "send gift directly through Steam" then scroll through your list of friends looking for blue text. "Wishes for game X" is in blue, "Owns Game X" is in orange. It's clumsy, but I've done it to send some random gifts this sale.

Either that or the PA group has an arch enemy group dedicated to voting in bad games.
The group's name is 'El Cheepo'. They cannot stop opening there wallets for good games, but refuse to just give into the newell, so they vote to put bad games on the sale so they can stop EVERYONE from paying for the good games.

They're both excellent games, but not for everyone. Also can get brutally difficult.
I voted for Payday as well, despite owning it, because it's a GOOD GAME, unlike Fable 3.

I also voted for Payday, even though I don't own it and was not going to buy it. I've heard it was a good game and would like others to be able to buy good games for cheap. Not horrible monstrosities like Fable 3.

I have a wired 360 controller just for this purpose so yes, it is possible. I think that wireless controllers require a dongle of some sort.
