This is my current painting project I'm working on Painter. I've had few partial refs for the body. Still a lot of work ahead and some advice on how to improve the concept here.
The face is pretty weak right now, so you might want to consider reworking that a bit. Also, it seems to fade alot between nice fullness and poor flatness. For example, where the arm meets the chest on the viewers right looks great, but looks poor on the left. The flatness of the armbands, and to a lesser extent the 2 piece (less noticable since it's full black) breaks those portions of the figure. The hands are outlined too heavy and also need work. I think the belly button could be toned down a tad as well.
The figure itself has potential though, and I like the torso for the most part.
Look at her clothing, it has no curve or shape to it... she looks 2D. Her hands are deformed, and well, I'm seeing a simple lack of proper anatomy here. I'd suggest that you start fresh, and draw figures from real life or find a guide to drawing the human body.

Thanks for the advice guys Her right hand is still messed up but a bit imroved. I tried to make the pose more natural so that the chest would seem more upfront. Not quite happy with the head but it's better aswell I think.
They just do not seem to connect to the figure at all, despite the fact that they ARE actually connected in the drawing.
Maybe it's because the panties are ultra-flat while the legs have a bit of depth to them, I don't know. Also, panties do not nor should they ever go that low; it's not natural and just looks plain wierd.
Find a Victoria's Secret catologue, i'm sure you can manage to pick one up somewhere (if you don't already have one for *ahem* reference purposes). In all seriousness, take a look as to how panties ride up on the hips. You'd be surprised as to how much different they look compared to what you've drawn.
