I still haven't been to check it out, the one in Melbourne is down at the docklands and can't be bothered going there.
Did check out the Masters store awhile back though, that was alright pretty much what you'd get if you crossed a Bunnings with Officeworks. Same sorta stuff as Bunnings but with a few extras here and they plus whitegoods, but the store feels like an Officeworks. A lot brighter and they use similar colours.
They're really starting to spring up lately though and they're being real aggressive about targeting Bunnings, they're basically as close to Bunnings as possible (a couple are under 500m apart)

a similar thing happened here. only with Mitre 10 and Bunnings.
we had a Mitre 10, and then Bunnings came in and built RIGHT THERE. Seriously. The back warehouse delivery area of the Bunnings is a footpath apart from the Mitre 10's customer parking lot. it's the funniest (well for me) thing.

Tef you golden god
That case you picked out for my computer is pimp
I can't even say it's whisper-quiet; whispering is like drum practice compared to this thing.
It's got all this noise & heat absorbing foam covering most of the fan outlets, the manual said it can be removed if additional airflow is required - do you think I'll need to? I'd say it's going to be working fairly hard and I don't want it to overheat...

which case did you get, Marty?
and yeah Alex the Antec P280 you recommended is totally boss; I've forgotten to turn it off a few times because it's been so freakin' quiet
I am still enjoying my Thermaltake Level 10 GT. It's a little noisy at times but that's because I added some extra fans, but it's a lot quieter than it could be since I have the liquid cooling for my CPU.
It also looks rad.

I'm trying to remember what case I recommended but by the sounds of it, it was probably a fractal r3?
umm it terms of heat management it's hard for me to give sound advice without some actual figures and knowledge of ambient temps in your house. You can check temps with a range of programs. I like MSI Afterburner, speedfan and HWinfo64. Below 85c for your GPU and under 90c for your Ivy Bridge CPU. Your system is smart enough to shut down before it does permanent, catastrophic damage to the components anyway, so don't worry too much about the thing blowing up.
If you're concerned about temps, start with a front 120mm intake fan, then a 140mm bottom intake fan and finally a 120mm top exhaust fan. You can go with one or all of those fans but sticking to that order is the most effective, imo. For the sake of clarity, when I say intake/exahust that's not an actual fan specification but just to give you an idea of what direction to install the fan

but do you have the appropriate lederhosen

I personally wouldn't steal 42kgs of mayo though. If it was a good Hollandaise well then we could talk
