Justicar has long been one of my favorite classes, but on Platinum I've definitely found myself throwing it up around my allies more than in a good offensive position (even though it's offensive specced). I think this guy has a good point. Going to try this build next time I promote Adept (i.e. tonight).
This is basically how i have always played the Justicar except i use a Phaeston over the Harrier because i dont want to have keep running for ammo on GWG.

Respec my Paladin. I think the shield is a novel idea but notb worth putting 6 ranks into.
I scrimp and I save. I send my kids to school without lunch or shoes. I even earn extra credits by giving blowies and handy-j's behind the 7-11. But, everytime I buy a PSP lately

Decided to pop back onto ME2 to get a save ready for port over to ME3, and holy christ. I'm not sure if it's just because I'm too used to ME3 now or what, but ME2 is hard. My adept is made of soaked paper. Turning the difficulty down from insanity to veteran helped and I'm getting through it again, but WOW. Can't stick my head out for even a few seconds to fire without getting ventilated by everything.
every time he tosses an arc grenade I'd immediately follow up with a shield drain for a tech combo
If guys get too close I can just snap freeze them and then he'd nade them safely
When we'd have to leave cover I'd tank for the demolisher while he tosses grenades from behind me

Is it over? I hate how each company has a different idea of "weekend". Valve's is apparently Thursday through Tuesday morning, Infinity Ward is Friday through Monday morning, and BioWare is sometimes Friday through Sunday.
The weirdest thing just happened. I joined a lobby, game started, Firebase Condor. I never saw any enemies show up though, even though the other people were clearly shooting at something. I also couldn't take cover, it would just pop me back out of it. Second round in I still had a score of 0 and so did one of the other people, I assume the same thing was happening to him.
Must have been a terrible connection, or something.

Goodness so many extractions.
Think I'm going to switch classes if I see another N7 in the room. Feel like playing something else.

Managed to get my squad extraction eventually. Found a game on gold that had an N7 dude in it. Ended up on firebase Giant. Wave 10 hack was rough as hell though, but we still got a full extraction.
As a human sentinel, I feel utterly helpless when it comes to dealing with Phantoms. They'll dodge or be immune to warp/throw and because I'm going for low cooldowns, I'm only carrying a Predator X as a backup, though I've very little else I could use that would be any better. What should I be doing against them? If I hold my ground, they move in and go stabby stabby, If I run I get shot in the back!

My advice.
Just spam throw.
Even if it misses or she goes into defense stance throw spam will keep her from attacking you and give you enough time to just shoot her to death.
Ran into an interesting bug today where the screen started to glitch out. More and more artifiacts started to appear on screen. It was as if the renderer was trying to draw polygons and was flipping out instead. By wave 9 I could see almost none of the environment, just the enemy outlines. Game locked up shortly after.

This sounds less like a "bug" than it does your 360 and/or video card going out.
I'd considered that. I hope not since it's only two or three months old and I'd rather not go through the hassle. I figure I'll wait and see if it happens again.

Holy shit, three Vorchas on a team is hilarious. Just fire and snarling and decapitations everywhere.
Go go Vorcha Squad! (Or alternately: the Ratface Pack)
1. I got the Harrier! It is a monster, but with the extended clip on the Destroyer, the Harrier 1 has enough ammo for two reloads. THose two reloads will kill anything that lives, but man.
2. Very next pack: Javelin IV! Still my highest Ultra-Rare. Just..... dammit. I like it fine, but I still don't have a Typhoon!
3. The Piranha is fully automatic. Stick it on a Destroyer. Hold down the trigger. Watch everything melt. Even Phantoms.
Yeah but the previous DLC had actual patches with them which likely included some of the future DLC data. It's very possible that Earth is the last DLC for awhile, I get that vibe but don't really know why. Maybe because it added a soldier that everyone actually likes.

The Piranha is utterly ridiculous. Just walk up to a Brute, don't even scope in, and hold down the trigger, and you can SEE the pips coming off. From the front. Through the armor claw blocking thing. (If you shoot it in the butt or the other squishy bits, you sort of feel sorry for it.)
I love this gun. I snipe with it now. Because why not?

I doubt they would add Elcor since they aren't bipedal but it would be great.
Think about it, can't take cover but 1500/1500 health shield, along with an armor skill, a missle launcher-esque still. A skill call automated vi that boosts accuracy, rof, and target aqcistion(sp).
And they don't hold guns. Instead whatever two guns you pick are mounter to their shoulders and fired in tandem.
It would probably be more current races in different classes, since I really doubt we'd get volus and definitely not elcor. Drell infiltrator, asari or quarian soldier, turian engineer, asari sentinel, etc. Map wise maybe Rannoch, Citadel, Eden Prime.
Meh, I've gotten sort of bored with mutiplayer recently. I don't want to burn myself out for future expansions. I'm fine with most of the loot I've collected.
Add the Collectors? Add some Pirate/Brigand group taking advantage of Galactic instability? They got guys on the payroll to think this stuff up. It shouldn't be too hard.
Frankly, I think we have more than enough classes and guns to last for awhile.

Most of the DLC has been on a two or so month basis.
Pretty sure that trend will continue until they're done.

I've found that A Justicar isn't as hindered by big cooldowns as you would think.
You don't throw bubble out much and reave lasts pretty long.
typhoon spam is a good counter for phantom spam
full auto-weapons keep em dancing, multi-frags keep em staggered if they get too close

It's nice that they have that timer there, never noticed it before.
What'd be really nice if they put a little thing there for your account (which shouldn't be too hard to verify) when you've completed the squad goal.
And, maybe even, imagine this, a ongoing tally as to how well the community is doing toward the goal.

But I will never use it because...precious...precious.
Also, did anyone ever look at the stats for the level for stuff?
one class, namely the one i was pretty sure i didn't want and which i am in fact not a fan of (paladin)
still missing half the classes from the last DLC
depressing
I want some new factions to fight.
Yeah but the last 2 times that same leak guy released almost verbatim the next DLC notes within that time period.
