Ditto for me. And my wife, who bought her ticket separately to increase chances, listed her work number, but she's out of town (ironically her desk is being occupied by someone else right now.)

Well, I got a call from an unavailable number. I didn't answer it. I figured if it was them, it would come from a Seattle area code.

After the call, I saw the tweet that the number they use is blocked. Oops. Hopefully that wasn't them.

I've just had a call from a blocked number.

It was my pigging credit card company telling me they'd declined my payment for the apartment I'm renting in Seattle cos it was foreign!!! I told them to phone Seattle and apologise. They did.

I believe it's only 3 day passes, but it's possible I'm wrong with the registration kerfluffle this year.

I think it would be hilarious if they filmed themselves doing the calls and then posted it online--I would love to hear all the reactions from the people they call!

It was definitely Mike's voice, we've met on and off for a few years now. But I'm have trouble believing I'm that lucky.

At first I was excited but now very disappointed to know that only 3-Day Passes were entered into the pool. I wish there was a way for them to recognize when you buy all three individual days instead.

At least I had the opportunity to register in time, though. I feel that matters more than anything.

My phone starting ringing in the middle of a meeting, I pulled it out and....it was the lender for my Mortgage (the wife and I are buying our first house right now.)
So..erg...I guess that's actually kinda more important than the Omeganaut thing. But yeah, nothing. And a bit disappointing. I mean we swing from "Childish glee!" to "Adult life crap" in one caller ID.

I can pretty much assure that my wife didn't get a call because of the fact that a) she put her work number and b) someone else is occupying her desk during her business trip and c) she's more or less unreachable during the day during said business trip (she's way back in some server closet where phones don't go.)
Oh and d) she hasn't called me yet :P.

Oh wellz, there's likely not next year (personal reasons not likely to make PAX), but I'll still have fun at my second PAX.
