Frequent failed postings

I've tried two browsers, both giving me the same issue. I type a reply, hit post, and nothing happens 9 times out of ten. mobile works fine. Cleared my caches and cookies, didn't help. sometimes opening a reply box in a new window would help, but now that fails too.

    I think it might be related to Drafts, because I can't save them either

    I've had my share of hangups but it usually has to do with hiccups in my internet service itself and less the site.

    Apparently this is an issue with my ISP? At least, that's some of the feedback I've gotten off site. Is there a way to remedy this, a change in either the forum address or anything?
