Cheap web hosting that accepts Paypal

I want to get webhosting in America (Because it's cheap), but I just realised that my first choices (IX Webhosting and DreamHost) don't accept Paypal or debit cards.

I don't have a credit card, so that's out the window, so if any of you could suggest a cheap (Under $8 a month) webhost with all the bells and whistles (PHP, MySQL, high storage and bandwidth) that accepts PayPal, that'd be great.

    If your first choices don't accept a debit card, which you have, why make your second choice a more dodgy place that accepts Paypal? I'm on Site5, which i recommend. Paying by debit card.

    Well, I have my domain names registered with NameCheap, which accept PayPal, and they've been nothing but fantastic, so it doesn't necessarily follow that just because they accept Paypal, they're dodgy :P

    EDIT: Maybe I should have made clear that I live in England, so when I said Debit Card I mean English debit cards. It looks like Site5 only accepts credit cards to me. Unless one of those is a debit card. Either way, I don't have any of them.

    That $5 deal got me excited as well :(

    EDIT AGAIN: I started trudging through, and found these peeps:

    They accept PayPal, provide a crap load of storage/bandwidth, and get fantastic reviews all over the place (God I sound like a shill).
