Yeah this is one of the few times I've really regretted going PC first, and now I'm stuck because I already dropped $80 on the game and the Kombat Pack so I'm not about to spend the same amount on the console version.
Lesson learned for me I guess.

I can't believe that hasn't been fixed for you guys (I'm using Nvidia). Overall, while the game is enjoyable when it runs, The PC version is being treated terribly. Blame is being passed around and no one wants to cop to the fact that someone fucked up.
So apparently nothing will stop quitters from saving their W/L records. I played a few matches and was winning however before I could land the final blow the match suddenly locked up and I got a "session no longer available" message. This happened at least 3 times.
I'm on PS4 so I guess they are holding down the PS button and closing the application, shutting the console off/pulling the plug or maybe pulling a hardwired network cable out.

GMG had the Premium Edition 10% off the week before release and several valid 20% off vouchers. I paid $65 for the game and Kombat Pack.

Finished my first Invasion Tower tonight. Both fun and irritating to play with modifiers. That final match on the invasion tower against Mileena with goddamn missiles and meteors raining down and random jets of flame from the floor, good fucking grief.
Made this extra satisfying though:
I just love crushing skulls into the dirt with Goro. He does it with such authority. In my head I'm going "AND STAY DOWN!"
wow, both those videos bring back a lot of memories. The animated Saturday morning series was HORRIBLE though.
Oh yeah, and it's come to recent attention that there's unused intros between characters that were only discovered with the help of the PC community. There's a video of it right here:

The fucking crazy thing...Max skipped a night of streaming to make that. Tonight during the boss rage he got like $2K+ in donations before he could even pick up the controller to even attempt the Very Hard classic tower. He skipped streaming with people that literally throw money at him to make that video. Reminds me of the person who donated 1K with the name of HisakoIsComing the day before her release to ensure the week of Hisako special.
Max loves his fun, and it shows with a lot of his videos on youtube. He is the literal definition of an entertainer, because he makes it not only his job, but his passion. So yeah, no surprise he would skip a stream where people throw money at him quite frequently for the sake of making an entertaining video for youtube.

Think I'm going to be sticking to Inferno Scorpion for a while. Sure, on some level that makes me "that guy", since he's very strong right now...but I really do enjoy playing him. He's combos just feel good.
Anyone looked at any of their auto saved replays? I get this error with the 2 I really wanted to check out. Saved one to favorites and am still getting the error.
I was watching some streams today and getting excited, but then I did some googling and everyone says the PC port is really, really bad.
They've fixed it up quite a bit, although it's still a bit rough.
Ranked matches are pretty much unplayable for some reason, but private matches seem to be in line with the PS4 netcode which is just regular bad instead of embarrassingly bad like Ranked and King of the Hill on PC.
I laughed because Sonya looked kinda like her.
Then, upon looking up Hale's imdb page, I cried because it WAS her.
Additional fun fact: growing up, I religiously watched The Tick and never knew that she did voice work on that show. Hm.
Takeda and Melina got me thinking about a Marvel-themed costume set (Omega Red/Whiplash and Elecktra obviously) but I know that will never happen because of WB.
