I have to wonder if I should pick up another character to play online besides Kitana. I really like her, but against randoms with shitty connections, it's easy to get 0 damage out of a setup then end up in a bad position. It's really frustrating to lose because you caught them in a couple of fan lifts, but because of spikes after wards you can't even hit the jump kick or punch afterwards. Maybe I'm just going to have to find another combo, but I like to do a simple jump punch to fan in the air, into jump kick to square punch as it pushes them all the way across the screen and I can resume zoning. When I whiff all of this, I'm standing like a fool right next to them as they get up.
She's not hard to play, but alot of her combos are juggle orientated, which is hard to do with spikes. Maybe I'll just dumb it down to ground fan, air fan, ground fan. Think that does like 15% still.
Also I asked earlier but nobody responded. When you go to extras, match replays, do your guys replays work? Mine always give a "playback data does not agree error" at some point in the recorded match.
Takeda and Melina got me thinking about a Marvel-themed costume set (Omega Red/Whiplash and Elecktra obviously) but I know that will never happen because of WB.
So, I've been out of the fighting game scene for... a long time. Like, really long.

So there are various reports that some WBID's are unlocking Farmer Jax and Klassic Kitana for the PC version, but no Ninja Mime Johnny Cage. Mine apparently is not one of the lucky ones even though I have it all checked off in the app. Has ANYONE got there's to unlock? I did get some backgrounds images and icons but that's about it.

There seems to be a serious syncing issue for the mobile game. I just got friends to work about a week ago and I still can't do faction stuff.
Also, there's several things I've done on console that should unlock stuff on the mobile and vice verse but they haven't happened yet. Think I'll just wait till it does. Though I do have Ninja Mime and Farmer Jax on both.
But without Faction/Multiplayer, I'll never get Mileena or Scorpion.

I have not played the mobile game at all, have an android so it's not available, and I haven't gotten around to linking a WPLay account and all that yet. But yesterday I booted up MK and it unlocked a few things, including Nina Mime Johnny Cage. When it unlocked I thought they had just unlocked all the mobile stuff for everybody because of the android release. But I don't think I have the other skins.
I have tournament Kitana but that was from beating Klassic tower with her.
MK2 Kitana and Mileena are the costumes in the mobile game. If it's out for android now, maybe I'll see if it's available on my Kindle.
Ive fulfilled the conditions to unlock them on mobile (and Injustice Scorpy) but until they get multiplayer/factions to work on mobile, you can't unlock them for console.
For anyone curious, fulfilling conditions on one platform unlocks stuff on the other. For example lvl 50 in Faction on console unlocks Scorp on mobile while clearing 100 Multiplayer towers on mobile unlocks him on the console.

If this is how long it takes in the release fortnight, I dread to think what the wait for patches will be a few months down the road.
As a console player I guess I'm used to being behind by a couple of patches for most games where PC is patched immediately, so I'm not seeing the big deaL that the pc is behind By a week.

I feel a little silly when I manage to get into a stable room and just run ferra/torr over and over especially since I rarely get anything beyond a 4 hit combo going. It would probably be in my best interests to focus but I want to have some variety. At least until predator releases.

Not very pleased with the server situation still being shit two weeks after release. I mean, I don't play online vs matches, but it'd be cool if the faction stuff worked. It also takes living towers so long to load, that I just cancel out of it and play klassic towers instead.
