I don't know if you've ever been to C-Stat, but everywhere is "near" A&M University. And I doubt a crazy fucker who shoots a constable for serviwarangal eviction notice was interested in shooting up the campus.
Anyway, I hope they killed the fucking gunman.

I am not saying at all that this isn't a really shitty thing that happened.
But this is not some killing spree some asshole decided to go on, just taking out random people.
This was some piece of shit who didn't like the fact that he was getting evicted and responded with lethal force. I feel like these are entirely different things.

They are. But the timing(relatively recent after past events) and response(police) is going to generate that kind of reaction.
