    In the political systems of Hong Kong, a functional constituency is a professional or special interest group involved in the electoral process. Eligible voters in a functional constituency may include natural persons as well as other designated legal entities such as organisations and corporations.

    Corporations (and other organizations, like unions and cultural groups) can actually vote in the legislature of Hong Kong. Functional constituencies occupy half of the Legislative Council, in fact.

    In terms of contravening one-man-one-vote it's not actually that different from having geographical constituencies of different size with one representative each, but it's interesting to think about.
