The TS3 server has been highly underpopulated of late. Core, Mord, and I (occasionally TolerantZero and Draygo [grizwhirl] and Cyrondin) cannot do these things alone. TF2, L4D2, SC2. All the 2's. Bring yourself, and them, and we shall have glorious time spendings for the next 4 days 12 hours, 52 minutes and 47 seconds (but...you know...counting down and all real time)
I'll probably get on tonight and just play some TF2, now that I beat Mass Effect 3.
I've been wanting to try a TF2 engineer Widowmaker build in MvM with some understanding folks. I think I will join in on this.

How good is the warrior trait Distracting Strikes? Is it viable to build around it, going hammer|mace/mace?
What's it do? Don't know the entire tree to this point so...
I suspect the numbers have been changed, but last time I checked it was 'Apply 3 stacks of confusion for 5 seconds when you interrupt a foe.' Strength Major.

....i have a bucket load of gems waiting on me that i plan on converting the second the server opens and the gem conversion rate drops like a rock.
I'm a little confused; why convert gems when the rate will be at rock bottom? I was expecting [gold/gem] to to be at all-time low at launch, and slowly creep us as more gold becomes available... Am I off?
No, you're right. When the game launches, everyone will just have a copper or two in their name. A year from now, couple of thousand gold.
The first 20 minutes the servers were open for BWE3 the gem to gold conversion was a about 1gold per 100 gem, an hour later it was at 40silver per 100 gem.

Converting gems will not be worth it for the first week or so, but converting a portion of my gems (i have over 5 digits) to power trade in the market will. In the sense of having 30 or so gold when everyone else is still counting coppers. In BWE 2 in the last three hours or so i turned about 4gold in too 10 gold and in BWE 3 i turned 27 gold in too 85 gold before i started dumping stuff in too the mystic forge too see what would happen.
Maybe gems conversion will be over 10 gold in a week or so, but i still get a kick out of toying around with the trading post and i work around 50 to 60 hours during the week, so really who cares.

Seems moderately useful, only for channels or attacks that have some activation time. I think there are better traits in the field though, especially for hammers.

We'll absolutely have a GM team that helps support the game at live, the rest of it is partially incorrect information or just plain wrong. You'll start seeing information about our post-ship plans shortly (as early as today on some press sites) but it'll come from developers specifically.
